How do I send email to an individual in a listserv?
When you receive a message from one of the members from the group, you can't directly reply to this individual
by using reply function in your email system. When you reply, this message actually sends to the whole group of people.
So, please remember if you only want to send a message to this specific person, you have to copy this
person's email address from the email heading.
For example, the following is an email heading that you might see when you receive message:
From: Rick Yoder < ryoder@unomail.unomaha.edu >
Reply-To: "for testing purpose" < testing@p2ric.org >
Date: Tue, 18 Apr 2000 10:16:35 -0500 (CDT)
To: "for testing purpose" < testing@p2ric.org >
Subject: test
In this example, if you only want to send mail to Rick Yoder, you can copy ryoder@unomail.unomaha.edu,
and send message to him.

How do I view attachments in the archives section?
Currently the attachments in the Archives section cannot be viewed due to limitations in the mailing list software.
Do not send file attachments to the list.
This means any documents saved as .doc, .wpd, .html, .ppt, .pdf, .jpg, .gif, .tif,or other file formats
that utilize large amounts of character space.
Subscribers use many types and versions of software, so cannot always access your information.
Some subscribers simply deem attachments a potential source of viruses and do not pen them.
If you must send an attachment, please save it in Rich Text Format (.rtf).
RTF removes fancy formatting inserted by word processors and other software.
Otherwise, post a message stating that you have a document and anyone interested should contact you
directly for an e-mailed copy.
