Organizational Structure
The Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC) at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) operates the Pollution Prevention Regional Information Center. P2RIC works with partner programs to collect, share, and update pollution prevention information. P2RIC collaborates with the other eight regional information centers of the National Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange (P2Rx). P2RIC also works with the National Pollution Prevention Roundtable (NPPR) Information Technology Workgroup and with the Region 7 Pollution Prevention Roundtable Communications Workgroup.
Primary Clients
P2RIC serves environmental service providers and P2 specialists in EPA Region 7. These clients include state and local technical assistance providers who promote pollution prevention, energy efficiency, and manufacturing improvements. P2RIC also serves consultants, trade associations, public interest groups and other non-governmental organizations. P2RIC seeks a broad multi-disciplinary client base broader than that of the existing Region 7 Pollution Prevention Roundtable.
