Let's Tackle the Grease in the Kitchen: Chapter 03: Hidden Sources
Chapter Abstract: This is clip 3 of 5 for this video. Grease and oil come from a number of sources. Some of these sources are not easy to spot, such as food scraps, baked goods, sauces and dairy products. Don't put food down the drain, even through a garbage disposal. Scrape food scraps into the trash prior to washing dishes. Make sure that trimmings and peels are put in the trash and not down the drain.
