Chapter Abstract: This is clip 1 of 12 for this video. The growing community of small businesses is having to face issues in the realm of cost reduction. One cost reduction technique which has been overlooked in the past is that of waste reduction. This video will discuss identifying sources of avoidable waste, and examine the issues and barriers that can get in the way of eliminating waste as a source of unwanted cost. Businesses can stay competitive by reducing their costs and increasing their bottom line.
